Eligibility Criteria
1. Domicile
- Candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
2. Pre Matric
- Must have passed previous class (8th for 9th, 9th for 10th).
- Must be enrolled in the current class.
3. Post Matric
- Passed previous class (10th for 11th, 11th for 12th).
- Must be enrolled in Class 11 or 12.
4. Dashmottar
- Must be enrolled in any UG / PG / Diploma / Certificate course.

- Complete One Time Registration (OTR) if you are a new applicant.
- Choose Fresh or Renewal category.
- Fill all required details – personal, academic & bank details.
- Upload all documents.
- Submit the form online.
- Take a printout of the submitted form.
